  All Graccioza products are manufactured in Portugal. Production is carried out with great rigor and attention to detail, combining Portuguese textile tradition, over 50 years of know-how, specialized teams, high-quality materials and advanced technology to guarantee the creation of the most luxurious home textiles, with the highest quality standards.

• What does GSM stand for?

  GSM (grams per square meter) refers to the pile weight, that is, the weight of the pile per square meter. This value helps indicate the product’s thickness, density, and absorbency. The higher the GSM, the greater the product’s density; the lower the GSM, the lighter the product.    

Bath Towels

• How should I wash Graccioza towels?
  We recommend machine washing your luxurious Graccioza towels at 40°C using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, and avoid dry cleaning. The towels can be machine-dried on a normal cycle and, if necessary, ironed at up to 150°C.

• Can the towels go in the dryer?
  Yes. Graccioza towels can be machine-dried on a normal cycle. 

• Will the towels shrink or fade after washing?
  No. Graccioza towels are pre-shrunk and pre-washed during the manufacturing process to prevent shrinking and fading after washing. In fact, this is one of the factors that sets our towels apart in the market, making them a benchmark. 

• What types of fibers are used in Graccioza towels?

  After the first wash, it is normal for the rugs to shed some fibers (pilling). We recommend shaking out the rug after it dries to remove excess fibers; this phenomenon will naturally diminish with use. 

• Are Graccioza bath rugs non-slip?
  Yes. Graccioza bath rugs are non-slip, ensuring greater stability and safety in the bathroom. They are available in two finishes: rubber and silicone.

• What is the difference between a bath rug and a bath mat?

Area Rugs

• How should I clean Graccioza area rugs?
  Regular vacuuming is essential to prevent dirt from penetrating the pile and to maintain the area rugs pile height. We recommend vacuuming at least twice a week, always following the direction of the pile. The frequency of maintenance should correspond to the level of dirt exposure and foot traffic. We recommend using vacuum cleaners with a medium power rating of around 2000 W. For a deeper clean, we advise contacting specialized cleaning companies. 

• How do I remove stains from Graccioza area rugs?

  If any substance is spilt on the area rug, it should be removed immediately to prevent it from drying.

  • Blot up liquids with an absorbent cloth;
  • Remove solids with a spoon or similar utensil;
  • Clean the stain gently without rubbing, to prevent it from spreading.

  After treatment, thoroughly dry the area by pressing down with an absorbent cloth.

  For stubborn stains or deeper cleaning, we recommend contacting a specialized professional cleaning company.

  Yes. In addition to the monogram styles available on the website, customers can provide their own monogram, logo, or design, which can be adapted for embroidery. • Is it possible to create a custom project based on the customer's request?

  Yes. Graccioza can develop custom projects, particularly for interior design, hospitality, or specific requests.

• How long does it take to produce a custom order?
  The production time for a custom order is a maximum of 14 consecutive days. Once production is complete, the order will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

  No, never. All taxes, customs duties, and import fees are covered by Graccioza. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring that there are no additional costs for the customer at the time of delivery.

  As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. We recommend creating a customer account before placing your order so that you can also track the status of your order in your account at:

Exchanges and Returns

• Do we accept returns?
  Yes. We accept returns of items from the collection, provided they are not customized products, are still in their original packaging, and have not been used. 

• What is our return policy?
  Customers may return non-personalized items from the collection, provided they meet the established return conditions. 

• How long does the customer have to return a product?
  The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return. 

• Can I exchange items?
  Yes. You can exchange items from the collection, as long as they are not custom-made products. 

• Do we accept returns on custom orders?
  We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, as they are produced according to the customer’s specifications and cannot be resold. The only exception applies to cases of quality defects, in which we will process the return.
