Import dutiesGraccioza is not responsible for any import duties or tax payments necessary to the delivery of the order to our clients.
Order cancellationAfter you complete and pay an order it is not possible to cancel it. If you want, you can return your order following our return policy steps, available on this website.
Guarantees & complaintsWe guarantee the quality of the products sold on this website under the terms legally established, thus responding in case of any lack of conformity. Nevertheless, we must remember that you must show sufficient evidence regarding the product's less of conformity. ColoursWe try to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, and because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other factors out of our control, we cannot guarantee that what you see is the real colour that you’ll receive.
