If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused products in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it. 

If your return is a result of a manufacturer error, you will be refunded of all costs (including shipping & handling). If you're return is not a result of a manufacturer error then you’ll get a refund excluding shipping costs.

No returns are accepted after 30 days. 

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days of when Graccioza receives your return.

Custom made articles are not refundable. 


1. Choose a courier of your choice;
2. Package the product;
3. Make sure the receipt is included in the box;

5. Make sure you save your tracking number provided by your courier service;
6. Upon receiving your return and once inspected, you will be refunded;
